Fixes the subscription screen, plus a rebuilt look.

• The subscription screen can no longer be a dead end. If the store cannot return prices, the app now says so, offers a retry, and lets you continue into the app instead of leaving you on a screen where nothing responds.
• The subscription screen can be closed on Android again.
