Cici's customer service was excellent! She has so much Aloha!! Checked on us made sure we were ok. Checked on our meal. If we needing anything more throughout our meal. Made excellent recommendations. Told us about scanning the receipt To get the app, scan it ect. It's people like Cici who we need in a face paced customer service position! Regular customer. We eat at our local Gyu-Kaku regularly enough that almost all the staff know us by sight if not name. So you recently changed the rules on all points, wiping out our earned points. Now you update the app, complicating it so it's not compatible with 3 different phones. Seriously?? Are you trying to eliminate customers at this point? What's your strategy here?

Fantastic Experience... immature App. Since the last Major update it requires me to log in every time I use the App I like how you can Bank above a thousand points now, so I'm giving it two stars... but fix the login problem, and I will change it to five stars.

The update kicked me out of my account, then it acts like my account never existed. I lost all my coupons and points. So I created new account, and now it requires login every single time, even if I was in it seconds before
