App is just fine. But customer support repeats the IVR even when selecting a prompt, making hold time a lot longer. The card dept. are unresponsive 👎🏻

Missleading discount alert at first I had a fantastic cashback deal then I find 50 percent discount on dubai phone and after calculation of the percentage of interest they would take I found out that no discount is offered in fact they will take 50 percent and 6 percent in interest after the minimum period of 24 months is done

Worst customer support they give away personal information which is prohibited by law to call and threaten and scare people worst company I closed my account and found myself still in debt!!

Don't use the investment in this APP, they ask you to make a bank transfer, and then they ask for a transfer number as a number while transfer references has letters and numbers, but there is no way to input that After that they ask for a screenshot from the app and most banks prevent screenshots within the app as a form of security So after getting around all of that they reject the transfer for no reason, I am out of 20k and the customer support doesn't even give me a time for the problem

More than one order has had a scheduled delivery time on the app, yet they don't just arrive late—they don't arrive at all. Customer service is completely unhelpful, and their responses are contradictory." The app freezes and glitches frequently.
