Useless app. Can't turn off my aircon cos of some error, so what? I get charged more cos I can't turn it off?

Pathetic example of trying to squeeze money out of poor students, and we already have to pay extra for the hall and now forcing us to pay extra fees to even run an aircon. No timer, poor temperature control setting, and overall terrible IU where did all the money that we paid go? Monopoly over a vulnerable group that is unable to say anything about the system, this app is oppression to the student body.

Useless app that limits temp at 22 °C when in the past, it can be remotely lowered to 16 °C. App doesn't allow changing of mode nor set timer to the aircon

So pathetic. Temp at 22 degree is so hot and room won't cool down at all. Ntu scamming the students. Charge the students so much but get bad quality
