Dreadful user experience while trying to buy the Hamburg Card. Be careful not to view terms and conditions, or you'll have to go right back to the beginning of the form.

Tried five or six times to purchase the Hamburg Card with the app; each time it failed. Very unsatisfied.

App constantly fails to retrieve information. The map does not work with geolocation and doesn't filter places well. The Hamburg card is also of little value, especially having come from Copenhagen, where the Copenhagen Card has, so many clearly labelled benefits.
