I think it deserves 4 stars because it tells spot on when the buses are coming and helps me not only to be on time but shows me divers and easier ways to reach my destination. It also tells me when the buses are striking and other up-to-date news. Why it isn't 5 stars is because, at random times when im checking for destinations the satellites randomly drop, and it doesn't work until a few minutes later.

Horrible app. Not handy as a foreigner. Need to enter my payment details for every ticket I purchase. No language option on the site. Pure junk!

Terrible app, terrible experience. Website isn't better. Whole experience to get a ticket is severely outdated, in most cities around the world you can pay on the bus itself (often even by card).

Spahn departure times are unreliable, information about delayed (or cancelled) trains is not regularly updated. So if your route includes Spahn, take the trip that the app proposes with a huge grain of salt.

Not usable if you have PayPal two-factor auth, as the hvv app forgets the booking and cart if you switch to the multifactor auth app.
