Comments on hvv - route planner & tickets for Android

★★★★☆ Martin Vozar · Feb 28, 2026

Just buing group tickets, and stime are missing payment

★★★★☆ Maxine Lorenzen · May 10, 2026

I think it deserves 4 stars because it tells spot on when the buses are coming and helps me not only to be on time but shows me divers and easier ways to reach my destination. It also tells me when the buses are striking and other up-to-date news. Why it isn't 5 stars is because, at random times when im checking for destinations the satellites randomly drop, and it doesn't work until a few minutes later.

Unable to consistently purchase tickets, constantly tries to promote the HVV switch app

★☆☆☆☆ Frooxius “Frooxius” · Sep 9, 2025

I tried buying a week ticket and after payment it just spewed out an error and didn't give me one. I tried again with same result. It actually charged me both times, and I can't find an easy way to get a refund (the support is all German).

★★☆☆☆ Alexej Popovič · Jul 3, 2026

Spahn departure times are unreliable, information about delayed (or cancelled) trains is not regularly updated. So if your route includes Spahn, take the trip that the app proposes with a huge grain of salt.

★★☆☆☆ Karl Daniel Ekker · Oct 6, 2026

Useless to buy tickets at Ham, server times out over and over again. OK for ride information.
