Very good service. Needs facility for two-way trip when I drop children to school and return immediately so that waiting time can be saved. At present, it is not possible to book MOIA for return trip till first trip is completed.

What a disappointment!! The ride was supposed to come in 3 mins then it goes away from my location, and it goes up to 16 minutes and keeps going far. I cancelled, and now it doesn't allow me to get another ride! Suddenly they don't allow me to get more rides on moia. I mostly ride with my child and explicit write a car seat, and they always pressure me into getting the small booster seat!! She's not "big" enough. Moia do better!!

I arrived in Hamburg, wanted to open the app, it asked to update, I did update, it asked to verify my phone number again, I verified, it asked to verify the email attached to my account, I couldn't because the email service provider had an issue the whole day, so I tried changing to my other email, it didn't let me to, then I tried contacting support, couldn't, it was one of the worst support pages ever. And this was a terrible user experience.
