Nice app easy to use. It does its job. Suggestions for improvements: Fix the parking expiry notifications. I want to get notified 10 minutes before it expires. Instead, it rings at midnight when the server refreshes or at random hours.

This is a fraudulent app! There is no information given in the app whether you need a parkschein in that particular time frame or not! If you are not familiar with the parking rules in Vienna you are screwed! I just got a parkschein to realize I didn't need one after 6pm! The app has my exact location, can't it just give a message, hey you don't need one at this time! This is the official app from the city of Vienna! Its absolutely unacceptable that they are just taking people money like this!

No pay by hour, you need to pay €26 in advance (=10h in 2025, not in 2026, as I was informed.). You cannot extend parking duration bc of a stupid cool off phase of, I guess, 15 min. You can "trick" the system via SMS parking.

The app only supports German. You can't pay directly, so you usually buy more credit than you actually need. I can't find the receipts in the app, I need them for reimbursement. But overall the app does what it should, the notifications about ending parking are great, long and strong, so they are easily noticeable.
