As with most of these sanctioned day rides; renewed friendships, adding more miles to the bikes, placing our bikes on display with pride and seeing new back roads leading to our destination. Our destinations are new places serving lunch. I ordered meat lovers pizza, and it didn't disappoint. Make an effort to go on these lunch / day rides, when I return home my soul is at peace.

I've been riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles (Touring Models & Trikes) for 59 years, and I have really liked every one of the 10 Harleys that I have owned during these 59 years! Due to my Family obligations, Job obligations, and Pennsylvania Winterr Snow Storms, during my 59 years of riding, I usually only get to ride between 10,000 to 11,000 miles every year. I really like my local Harley-Davidson Dealership, Roundhouse Harley! The Entire Crew at Roundhouse has always treated me like family!

Absolutely useless. Support is nonexistent. Would not recommend wasting time on this app. 5/14/26 You added a team to respond to feedback? How about a team of real developers to make the navigation functional? How about a team of real developers to stop being punitive with users trying to deploy offline maps? I've already "reached out", got ignored. A team to tell me you're "working on it" is as worthless as the navigation functionality this app provides. My review will not be changed.

Turned on auto record ride and always gave on location permission. Went for a ride the next day. Guess what the app did not do. That's right, it did not record the ride. It is sending me advertisement push notifications now though. Location permissions removed, auto record turned off.

It's not exactly intuitive, it's always difficult to find what you're looking for, almost like there are a few different 'departments' all working independently and thrown into 1 platform later. It feels like HD and HOG aren't even related. The navigation system is 1 step short of useless. Ridiculously difficult to set up a route and modify to certain waypoints you choose. I pretty much have given up on it and the bike navigation as useless.

The app doesn't communicate with the motorcycle even when my phone's Bluetooth is connected to the motorcycle.

This app doesn't show points. Several visits to dealership and many points earned, dealer states it's showing but app doesn't reflect it. Miles logged in at dealer, over 15k with 2 bikes, but app doesn't reflect it. No mileage banners awarded. No transactions shown, no responses from emails absolutely waste of time. It's sad because I truly wanted to participate, but I think I'll just let it expire.

Just horrible. Constantly tries to use cell data even when offline maps are downloaded. App must be running, and the screen on in order to (somewhat) consistently feed map data to TFT otherwise you get a gray checkerboard instead of a map. Crashes sometimes. TFT loses sync with app showing you about 1/4 mile behind actual location. Support puts burden of proving issues back on user. Then, in the 1 out of 5 times that they reply they'll tell you it's a known issue, and they're working on it.
