Updated and auto-tuned I've had the tuner for over a year now. The first time I tried to use it with my old phone it was extremely buggy, but with the new phone and Harley's recent update both programming and auto-tuning are humming along famously. Running the SE slip-ons and the extreme ventilator on a 23 LRS, and it seems to be working well for me now. I could push a map before, but auto-tuning was a complete mess and the finished map sucked. This go around it's working well. Thanks, Harley.

Bluetooth issues - turn bike on and roll throttle to full x5 to put tuner in pair mode. Android - Pair tuner through app, not through Bluetooth menu. Android - phone to "do not disturb". If your bike radio has a BT link to your phone, disconnect while tuning. Keep app updated. Keep bike battery voltage about 12.5 (put on tender if necessary). Works like the FuelPak FP3 but smoother and faster. Keep phone display on while recording, or you'll have to start over.

Very glitchy. App froze numerous times while attempting to "smart tune" bike. App said BCI needs to be updated, then froze again. Not good.

Will not progress past the firmware update, new unit on a new bike, very unhappy and will be visiting the dealer tomorrow

Tuner needs to be fixed or app need more updating. Plugged into my 23 first and wasn't able to do any tuning. Was not finding the bike. How is that when it's plugged into the bike?? Took it to the dealer, and they checked and can't seem to find the issue. Saying it's the updates. And just found out that my friend with a 23 breakout is having same issue. Can't find bike. It plugged in to the bike. So did we just drop $500$ on a broken product?? Harley you need to fix the issues.
