Bluetooth issues - turn bike on and roll throttle to full x5 to put tuner in pair mode. Android - Pair tuner through app, not through Bluetooth menu. Android - phone to "do not disturb". If your bike radio has a BT link to your phone, disconnect while tuning. Keep app updated. Keep bike battery voltage about 12.5 (put on tender if necessary). Works like the FuelPak FP3 but smoother and faster. Keep phone display on while recording, or you'll have to start over.

Have had the tuner for about a year now. Used it when I installed a stage 2 torque came from Harley. Been smooth ever since, a couple hiccups here and there but overall, a good experience

It did take a few tries to get the bike to pair with my phone. It's probably my fault. Installed a preloaded map, and what a big difference on my 107 stage one! The bike is so much easier to ride!

My screaming eagle tuner came as a package deal with screaming eagle stage 2 upgrades on my 2023 university fanboy. Part number 41001141. Installed it, it connected, reprogrammed the elm. So everything is good, bike runs as expected, but having troubles trying to record driving styles, so it can be not be stuck in pro street tuner mode and lock in, so I can remove it, any help? Or can it just stall installed pemently?

I can connect to the tuner, can load a tune, I think, no way to validate which tune is loaded. But when I try to perform a smart tune I get the screen saying to make sure it's in sport mode but the button to confirm will not pop up on the screen. Nothing I can do but close the app and start over. Dealer had no clue what to do.

Great tuner horrible interface and support. Right now there is known issue by harley affecting both iPhone and Android users from being able to connect to the tuner via Bluetooth. The harley dealer was directed to attempt to use the tuner via the laptop program and laptop cord. Since it worked that way Harley deems the tuner is good and recommends purchasing the cable ($65) to connect to your laptop and use the tuner via PC until Harley corrects the issue preventing connection via Bluetooth.

Very glitchy. App froze numerous times while attempting to "smart tune" bike. App said BCI needs to be updated, then froze again. Not good.
