Had a glitch after the latest update and my app stopped working but to be fair the tech support team advised me on how to fix it and everything seems to be working smoothly again now. It would be good for it to be easier to get support when needed, but I am relieved everything is working and the system itself makes my life so much better in this cold weather.

Good app. Improvements would be to see the current temperature as well as the temperature you have selected and whether the heating element is on inside the app too

After a recent update, I could no longer control my Harmoni heaters using the app. Although it took a month of chasing to resolve, the tech support was able to assist in manually updating the firmware. Fortunately, normal service has been resumed.

App has stopped working. Any changes I make directly on the radiator reflect in the app. If I try to adjust the temperature through the app it does not reflect on the physical radiator

Don't bother with this app or any heaters it allegedly controls. Worked fine until recently, them stopped working for all heaters at once. Unsure if it's an app or firmware issue, but I'm getting absolutely no support despite others reporting the same issue in this app store. Heaters can still be controlled locally, but that's no use.

22.11.2022 update - app has now completely stopped working, it opens then crashes!! Not very impressed with the app, won't show the current temperature only what it's set to, when setting up a program through the app it will only use the air sensor and not the floor sensor. HOW THE APP SHOULD WORK!!! - Every setting you can do on the thermostat should beable to be done on the app! Not rocket

App has stopped working randomly and can no longer control any of the radiators. Can only use manual mode by clicking the screens which are really poor to operate.
