Was really enjoying the convenience, ease of use, and coupons for the year I had the app. I have to uninstall it as 3 separate occasions my card was used fraudulently in 3 different far away from me cities. Not a safe app to have.

Won't even load. I've reinstalled multiple times, on multiple occasions and the app just won't load at all. Very frustrating.

App is non-functional, even for the store. Downloaded the app to take advantage of the coupons, placed our order, and it took the money right away. After an hour of the app giving no update beyond that it was placed, we called the restaurant. They didn't have it on their end and explained to us that the app frequently doesn't work in-store. The app also doesn't have a way to get help with or cancel the order in the app, so we had to call support from the website to get help. Support was nice tho.
