Very easy to use app my very only complaint would be I wished it would accept more than one coupon. Sometimes they accept them in drive true and in store.

Easy enough to use and customize options. Only real grief is when using autofill for personal information/payment the app does NOT process anything if you have a space after the autofill populated the field. It was frustrating to figure out why I couldn't order when all the info was correct, but the single space behind my name was enough to throw the whole system off. Other than that hiccup, it is my preferred way to order.

I am so tired of both this app and the Harvey's and their "order setup" nonsense. It's already set for delivery, but the app refuses to recognize it. In order to set up for delivery, I have to change to pick up and save. Then change back to delivery, set for later, then change back to now before it finally will accept my order setup. This had literally been an issue for years, and they can't fix it???

The app promised to have food ready in 15 minutes. I went to Wasaga Beach location to pick up my order and food was not ready. I waited an additional 30 minutes. Never received my food.

Now I know why I stopped going to Swiss Chalet. Chicken the size of a quail. Poor quality and tasteless. Shame on Swiss Chalet for serving this garbage
