Really liking the recent updates to the site! It highlights in a green outline the products you've already purchased and puts owned by them. A lot easier to look up pending orders, I like the new look.

The App has really gone down hill since the last "update"... which is rather unfortunate. It doesn't even load anymore... just spins its little circle. Update: 6-30-25 The app update is absolutely horrendous! Why can you not get up to date with a stinking app!?!? Come on Hasbro... use some of the money you continue to overcharge us for something that doesn't crash every damn time! 7-3-25 update: Two or three updates later and the app still crashes... doesn't remember my sign-in information...

App was good before the updates over a year ago. Made it harder to purchase items that sold out quickly. The CC update even though I updated what's on file made me lose couple items I waited forever for. Page crashes several times or does not load. Order status page can't always see items, or goes back out to account page after viewing an item, overall very inconvenient.
