Love the Disney store but this app is horrible. Seems to always be loading or not loading properly. Sometimes items get added to bag and other times it just sits there trying to add. I have force stopped, cleared cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck.

The app keeps freezing on the splash screen and won't go any further. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. What's even more frustrating is that if I try to go to the website, it automatically redirects to the app, which again freezes at the splash screen. At this point, I feel like my only option would be to uninstall the app so that it doesn't automatically open, allowing me to access the website.

Since update the app will not work. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling and even clearing cache and data. Still just opens and stays on the Disney Store main blue screen. Android-Google play store
