Such a horribly built app from a Billion-dollar company. Scroll through a list of items, click on one, click the in-app "back" button, and it auto-scrolls ALL the way back to the top of list. Doesn't keep its place in your shopping. Occasionally if you add a single filter, it goes from 2,000 items to 0. Miserable search that can miss keywords that are even in the title of the product, and not display them in results. One of the worst shopping experiences imaginable.

The app keeps freezing on the splash screen and won't go any further. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. What's even more frustrating is that if I try to go to the website, it automatically redirects to the app, which again freezes at the splash screen. At this point, I feel like my only option would be to uninstall the app so that it doesn't automatically open, allowing me to access the website.
