Flaw in UPI payment system. After full payment made using GPay, screen pops up for payment of full amount second time. Luckily, I cancelled the transaction and almost immediately got confirmation by sms that my first payment was successful. If one is not alert, could end up paying twice and then trying to get back the refund. Please rectify the UPI payment system from the back end.

Excellent speed and stable internet connection from last 2 years. Rare outages and fast resolution. Please focus on the following points: 1. Introduce a temporary pause option to save money for short vacation or out of station. If not recharged due to above reasons, will receive continuous calls from customer care asking to recharge. 2. No minimum speed plans available such as 30 Mbps. Starts with 50 Mbps. 3. No direct custom care option often involves lengthy routes to speak to an executive.

Multiple times getting low Wi-Fi due to that systems got disconnected facing many times called customer care they will suggest some ways but many times very irritating If I see the same thing coming for a day's replacement with other available better performance Wi-Fi What is the worst hathway in one month 3 times I am facing an issue I highly recommended ppl who are newly taking Wi-Fi please come and search most comments my version is don't go for hathway this is last month.

Worst ever after sales support, internet is as of now good no issues, recharged for quarterly plan with OTT service on 25th July still now no solution just only using internet without OTT service, customer service has no power to anything just calling and ask about the issue and swapping my problem between the billing and technical team. Guys don't fall into this hathway just I'm counting my remaining days of this plan and switching back to Jio fiber.
