What are people here talking about? I was worried looking at the ratings but now that I have bought it and use the app it works perfectly and integrates very well with Google Assistant as well.

The app experience has been very disappointing. Even when the light switch is turned ON, the app frequently shows the device as offline, making it unreliable for daily use. I often have to refresh the app multiple times (sometimes more than 10 attempts) before it responds correctly, which completely defeats the purpose of having a smart device. Additionally, the Google Home integration does not work properly, which is a major drawback since it is one of the key features. The connectivity issues

The app shows that device is offline and rejecting to connect and when I try to add new device no matter how many times I tried it's failing to connect, what a stupid application, it's really frustrating, don't buy these Havel ls product for your peace of mind sake.
