App is simple and easy to set up. We use it to manage the heating in a rental property so the ability to lock out the heater panels and set schedules is very useful. It would be even better if you could select all the heaters and set them to a heating mode, ie off, manual, schedule or away. These modes all exist but can't be selected for all devices at one time which makes it more time-consuming than it should be. Good quality app though.

We've just installed the app 2 years after installing a Wi-Fi radiator. It was little confusing to set up. But we think we've got the hang of it. We are away sometimes, so it's good to have the frost mode and be able to turn it on before we arrive.

This new app no longer allows me to control the radiators. The old app worked just fine. Now there is no mode control and changing the temperature does nothing

The app no longer displays the correct electricity usage. I tried to contact the support team, but my email was completely ignored. Uninstalling the app or resetting the heater did not help. Programming functionality works at it should.

Doesn't give you proper control of the settings, it should let you set a schedule to allow any temp for any time and let you manually change the temp then the program carries on with the schedule automatically, (like normal heating stats do) instead of using the hopeless preset temp ranges that don't cover the full scale and the manual controls are locked out during the programs, if you go into manual mode to set a temperature that then becomes the temp in your preset schedule

Down rated to one star. After giving nearly 2 years to improve, Nothings changed. This is a clunky mess. Heaters can't be grouped, so you have to individually set temps schedules and mode. No easily accessible way to see current use/cost of all heaters. No way to add any kWh cost at all. The heaters themselves aren't that smart and with the lack of features in this app you gain little benefit over a cheap smart relay and a stat. Wouldn't buy these heaters again because this app is so poor
