Great drivers, app has a few bugs Drivers were great, very clean cars, excellent and friendly service, safe driving, good navigation and responsive on messaging. A great representation of Grenada hospitality. The app has a few challenges I really hope the developers resolve quickly. Trying to use the messaging crashed the app about 5 times before I can use it. Entering the destination isn't always easy, sometimes the matching works, other times I have to use the map option, it's inconsistent.

I'm having an issue signing up for Haylup. The sign-up form is not responding, and as such, I cannot input my information (name, email, desired password), etc. The Haylup app is the only app doing this. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I cannot even login via Gmail. My phone is up-to-date with the latest software update. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it ... no dice.

This company is not professional. The driver never showed up at the scheduled pickup time. I went online on 8/14/24@ 9:34am. I scheduled the pickup time for 1:15pm for 8/14/24, but the invoice showed pickup and drop-off time for 12am on 8/14/24. Which couldn't be possible since I scheduled my ride at 9:34am. I called the company back about the pickup/ drop-off time but never got anyone, I was able to leave a message but never received a call back. I would not recommend you to use this company.

The app would not allow me to sign up. I downloaded it, clicked Sign Up, which brought me to a profile page. Enter your name, photo, etcetera, right? Nope. Absolutely nothing worked. The app did nothing. I could scroll up and down, but entering information? Couldn't do it. I tried several times. Never worked for me.
