Very poor customer service. People to be careful when paying money to their account. I initiated the transaction on 01/06/2026 but HB money transfer did not pay till 02/06/2026 after back and front messages. I advise people to be careful when dealing with them. Better start with small amount so that you don't full the same trip as me.

I'm so disappointed in your service 😞 😔😔😔 having to recommend your app to a friend for the first time and his money was deducted but transfer wasn't made and yet refund hasn't been made since 3/05/2026 Do assist with his refund immediately else we may take a legal action to this. I'm very, very disappointed....why you're still keeping his money😞😞😞as of today and the amount is gravely huge😞😞😞
