There is not an option to record 24/7, regardless of settings, regardless of plan purchased & regardless of memory card records when it wants to & rarely when actual events are happening. It's slow to load & open when you want to view events live. I've contacted support & nothing has been resolved .we had a drive by shooting & these cameras should have been all the cops needed to identify a subject. The picture is crystal clear but doesn't matter if it doesn't record the event.

Ordered a bird feeder with an included camera that uses this app. During the set-up it seems to connect to my Wi-Fi with no issues until it gets to the final step of "binding the device" and then gives an error stating my Wi-Fi password is incorrect. I tried 3 different networks, all of which I had no issue connecting other devices, but the app will not complete setup on any of them. Tried to use their "live" support chat but received no response.
