★★★★★ App works with the smart appliance device, but not sure what name it shows on the Wi-Fi network. Example : Smart Window A/C. ? Or the Wi-Fi module name?

★★★★★ Simple and quick setup for my Emerson Quiet Kool air conditioner. About 3 to 4 minutes setup time including a firmware update. Every step worked first time. I was pleased to find the timer 7 day schedule feature. I was specifically hoping for this feature. I use a similar app for my heating in the winter time. All seems to work properly. Thanks!!

★★☆☆☆ Does NOT allow pairing with Google home or Alexa for my $900 mini split AC unit as advertised, and the FAQ/Feedback link goes to a blank page. What a joke. Legitimately false advertising. Update 7/14: finally got it working through trial and error after the servers came back online. Need to pair Google home with the "Smart Home" app and sign in with the credentials for this app. Doesn't allow for temp control, just ON/OFF. Leaving the 1 star.

★★☆☆☆ This app is used with my dehumidifier with built-in pump. It controls the device, but does not alert me when the bucket is full and does not provide an indication of how full the bucket is. It only lets me know when the bucket is full when the app is started. Not very useful.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely frustrating instructions do not match, double-checked everything got all the requirements for this fan to pair. WILL NOT PAIR!!!!!! Gets to 11% every time and drops connection. Let the fan sit in its flashing pairing mode without confirming to pair the fan stayed in pairing mode 3 to 4 minutes before the indicator light turned off. Put fan back into pairing mode confirmed pair got to 11% and pair failed. All devices I have in my home all paired with no problems.
