Great app. It provides a very convenient, efficient way of performing concussion evaluations, while eliminating the need for paper and physical storage of private documents. Excellent support staff to help you learn the system and troubleshoot any issues you may come across.

I went to log in, and it said I was locked out, I love this concept, but this app is not for me.

"FREE APP" Register before using. Needs phone number and email. Password requirements are ridiculous. Finally, registered? Great! This is a trial, and you will have to purchase the app when it's over. I have no issues paying for a product/service, but don't you think we should be informed BEFORE giving all our information?
