HydroAassist has helped my young adult daughter live and independent life and have her medical records at her fingertips. I have always tracked her medical journey, but we're both able to share all her info so we both have access to her records when I am not available to help. Love Love Love!!

As someone who has short term memory loss, days with severe headaches and brain fog, HydroAssist is a savior in helping me catalog my history for those ER trips where I need the information for the doctor, but it's really hard to regurgitate the information when I'm in pain. Wonder set up and display. Makes managing hydrocephalus easier!

So loved the app, worked great for years then in true 2020 fashion it went to pot. I can't pull up any of my information and I can't get anyone in support to reply to my emails. Extremely frustrated.
