Estimate headspeed!? Umm, the whole point of a tach is to determine rpm. In order for this app to read, you have to "estimate" your rpm?! I have no frikkin idea how fast the rotor is spinning! Isn't this app supposed to tell me that? If I select 8000 rpm as an estimate, the app will tell me my rotor is spinning in the 8k rpm range when I have just barely started it spinning. The same for the opposite end of the scale, full throttle will yield head speed readings in the 3k range.
