★★★★★ Found this app easy to use and very effective in treating my anxiety. I find relaxing very difficult, but Mark is succeeding where others have failed. I can fully recommend.
★★★★★ I started with The Give Up Alcohol c d. I'm not a big drinker, but when I did it, I drank more than I wanted to. And I wanted too completely stopped because it's not good for my overall health. But I had a hard time doing it on my own, then I stumbled across marks CDs for hypnotherapy. From the very first night I listen to it, I had no desire to drink, and have not had a drink since that day. I haven't even wanted one. If you want to give up alcohol, this will definitely, definitely help you!
★★★★★ This is by far the best hypnosis package out there. Mark Bowden helps you to get to the route of your issue in such relaxing and enjoyable hypnosis sessions. There are so many to choose from, and you are able to pick and choose sessions which can work well together. His voice is extremely calming and with regular use, I can guarantee that you can expect genuine healing and positive changes in your life. Lucy Mac Master 🌈
★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately the app is not working. I bought quite a few of the cds years ago and just realized there is an app that were to be included with purchase. Shame it isn't working.
★★☆☆☆ Disappointing, I have previously purchased several of Mark's recordings, when the app was introduced I registered but hadn't needed to log in until now and all my previous purchases are missing, despite the app saying they'll always be there. Feel v disappointed and see little point keeping the app as clearly it is of no use to me
★★☆☆☆ Can't even test a program to see if it's worth the high cost. Make at least one free without signing over my payment details (I don't trust I can actually cancel within 7 days) not just the usual relaxation stuff, that's not why I'm downloading a hypnotherapy app.
★★☆☆☆ Tried subscribing to the service, was instantly disappointed to find out the app doesn't recognize this. I tried restarting it like it kept telling me to but doesn't work.
