You can record your health symptoms, and I thought it was very useful, although I did delete anyway because I got bored with it but I recommend uploading it. It helps you know bad your health is every day.

This is practically perfect. I wish it had a couple extra features. I wish it was possible to backdate the health record because sometimes I forget to add it and want to go back but still have been accurate date stamp on the graph. I also wish the graphs could overlap. Like we could see it all at the same time or pick different symptoms to see at the same time to help catch patterns. Other than that I love that it is simple and easy to use. I'm using it to track my mental health.

Decent base and glad to have an app I could prioritize the more common symptoms I had; but the outright inability to set my own notification times made it completely, utterly unusable.
