Wow, I didn't know this was going to be real, but I'm so happy that this is included in my insurance package. The app works well, but I wish it saved my login details. It's the only app I have that I have to go into my email and find my username code to go back into the app to paste.

Look, this is an absolutely pathetic attempt at a mobile app. I'm an existing member, and I am unable to register / login, the error messages I'm seing are generic and not helpful, and to top it off the 'Call us' help link doesn't even work, and I cannot see what the number should be to call manually. You need to hire better developers because the ones who built this app are incompetent

The same issues as everyone else! Cannot log in regardless of if I type the username and password...1 time out of 20 It will let me in. I booked a GP appointment and then couldn't get in to attend it! So unprofessional.

Does not work. Tried registering, just keeps saying error with your REQUEST. This is despite all details correct to send sms code to phone to allow me to use the app. RUBBISH
