Cannot log in. I enter all the correct credentials, and it just won't allow me to log in. I repeat this many many many times until eventually, it allows me to log in... With the same details as always.

The same issues as everyone else! Cannot log in regardless of if I type the username and password...1 time out of 20 It will let me in. I booked a GP appointment and then couldn't get in to attend it! So unprofessional.

Look, this is an absolutely pathetic attempt at a mobile app. I'm an existing member, and I am unable to register / login, the error messages I'm seing are generic and not helpful, and to top it off the 'Call us' help link doesn't even work, and I cannot see what the number should be to call manually. You need to hire better developers because the ones who built this app are incompetent
