Not the best. The savings are nice, app is easy to use. Make sure you screenshot your reservation, or you may lose it but still have to pay because they don't email it after the first reservation, and sometimes they don't send the reservation to the hotel. Also, customer service sucks when you call about a technical issue

Called so many times for an incident that lead to the GM being fired @ Simply Suites in Mt. Laurel NJ & they have yet to address it as well as someone has been using my information and email, I called them to fix it and still no call back
