Very bad experience with Helper Bazaar. The service is not reliable at all. Deliveries are often late, and riders arrive much later than expected. In some cases, riders even ask for extra charges at the time of delivery, which is very unprofessional. Prices are also high compared to other apps. Service quality is poor. I even received food from the wrong restaurant. Compared to Foodpanda, this app is far behind. Not recommended at all.

There riders management is extremely poor. The riders will take more than 2 hours to deliver the food trying to get multiple order before leaving. They ask for extra money when denied they will start misbehaving. Overall the app is great, but it would have been better if they properly managed the riders 1 person found this review helpful
