App is approx 3/4 good. Does not work with logs on logging tablet. Apps fight each other. Works very well on my phone. Payroll and notifications work fine. DR report - shipper section works fine. Consignee section seems to change every week. Makes it frustrating. Some customers DO NOT like the app would prefer paper. If no signal, app will not continue to next page of report. Not good to use in bad weather. Cold/rain.

I would like to have a detention pay portal as well as a PC miles request portal if possible.

It is absolute garbage. It doesn't work, it freezes up, it blanks out. You have to do everything multiple times. All my customers hated some of them will not even use it.

The app freezes, and I get a signature I lose it when the app freezes up, and then I have to go back to the customer and have them fill out the whole thing again

Needs to be work on. Have been told that it was developed by a person with a driving experience. Clearly, not in this industry. One of many problems.doesn't save any information. Would rather use paper.
