I can't get a bid on. Trying all day. No help from the office only the robots. No calls returned. Really disappointed. Could someone please call me back, l left a message.

★★★★★ Cathal · Aug 23, 2024

Great selection of items always available and condition is as described which is a great help. Collection is always hassle-free. Highly recommend.

★★★★★ Jon Fenech · Apr 4, 2024

Very pleasant and professional people to deal with, especially Mr. David Herman and the accounts team. Also, great for selling and bidding. Thank you

★★★★★ Paul Cleary · Oct 15, 2024

Great eclectic mix of items. Friendly staff on collection.

★★★★★ That one guy · Sep 5, 2022

Great auction stock, wish they would do them live again.

★★☆☆☆ Drew Burlingame · Jul 15, 2019

The app has several usability issues. - fails to find a lot by # - scrolling through a large list is slow. Images take a long time to load even if they were already downloaded. If they weren't downloaded, and you try to scroll to the bottom of the list, the screen will freeze loading all previous items. - you can star items but can't filter by starred items. When an auction contains hundreds of items, you still have to scroll through them all to find your starred items

★★☆☆☆ Pearse Stokes · Oct 17, 2019

Flaky, unreliable. Crashes endlessly. Bids ignored or cancelled and lost. Mismatch between what's happening on the floor and online. Floor bids get preference, and staff there will ignore alerts from those sitting at their computer screens. If you really want something, go to the auction room otherwise grin and bear it when you lose out.
