Worst app. I have good credit score. Many loan apps give me loan easily. But this hero fin corp is just pathetic... Since last four years, they keep me sending so-called pre-approved offers. But each time rejected. But there gets a hard inquiry added in my credit report which harm my credit score. So why you keep sending these so called pre-approved offers which never get approved but only harm my credit score? I am going to block their mail, sms and WhatsApp.

Horrible service not customer care nothing if getting problem nowhere to contact seems to be fraud by hero fin crop agents. Hero fin crop is running by agents not by employees.
