UPDATE: So I got a call from Harvest, and they were very swift to make the update to the app. Thank you so much for the changes. I now have my purse setup PREVIOUS COMMENT I don't really know how to activate my purse. It's saying my purse name doesn't match my account details. And there's no option in the app to adjust my first and last name. What next?

This app is Scam. Please don't download or input any of ur details. I created an account with Harvest, I registered the app. First made a deposit of 2k, of which it was cool at the beginning to then I now made a deposit of 200k to my Purse wallet. I was able to withdraw 5k, when I wanted to withdraw my remaining 195k, it showed successful. Till now, I haven't gotten my alert. This app is SCAM.

WHAT IS THIS?! I opened the acct, thank God I moved my moni to another acct otherwise this would've been a bad night. I deposited 100 as requested, everything was smooth. "Okay, let me deposit some more money into the account" it became a problem, it asked for my password, I put my bank card password, it didn't work, I put my acct password, it didn't work either. And I can't access the money until next year, I cannot deposit money, I am sure I won't be able to remove the money as well. 🤦

I have been a user of HARVEST since 2022, the app works fine, and I gave a 5-star rating until the update/upgrade and everything just went down. From struggling to access some section of the app to not been able to withdraw at maturity date. This is not HARVEST I know and introduced friends, too. Not sure of my continuous usage after all my current savings/investment is matured and pulled out. I gave a 2-star rating now because the support team is quite responsive
