Get miles for purchases instead of Cashback. Some deals are better than other apps, and support is swift and helpful. Have to be very deliberate about clicking on links to track spending, as the hit rate isn't the highest. Nonetheless, decent rewards

Love how simple they made miles redemption in the app, upload receipt & claim amount, and within a few hours you get your $$ through Pay now. Most of the time offers better shopping cashback rates than other competitors. However, I wished they could be more upfront and clearer in their promos EDMs, using bold headlines "20% Voucher Upsize" but only giving 20% extra miles on voucher purchase is pretty unethical

Their technical support is very slow. I have problems with the referral, and I have been asking to support since 11 Feb 12noon abt there. And they nvr replied me after asking for my information. Seriously slow. Plus referral event ends tdy and IDK if I can even get the promo

Somehow it recognises and linked my HSBC Revolution as SC Journey card and doesn't allow me to unlink it despite trying it multiple times. Really buggy app when it comes to tracking card spend.
