I'm paying for this HMO for my dependents, so here's my experience. Tried online consultation and was able to talk to a doctor. We were told to wait for the prescription in the email. After an hour, someone from tech asked for my email, and it's almost 3hrs now but still no prescription. Seems they'll be taking their lunch breaks first before sending the prescription. I got a better experience from the other app. Users beware.

Had the same issue w/ the person below. I created an account and didn't encounter any error at all. Also, received my login credentials via email, so I thought I was able to signed up successfully, yet I am not able to log in up until now. I've tried resetting my password, but I haven't received the link. Also tried signing up again maybe it didn't go through and says I already had an existing account. Lastly, I tried updating the app still doesn't work. So frustrated right now.
