★★★★★ I am sharing my experience with the Hey Phil Phil Care HMO application. I would like to commend the exceptional performance of the app, which, in my opinion, surpasses that of other HMO applications I have previously encountered. I did not encounter any issues during the installation process of the Hey Phil application. The user-friendly interface of the app made it easy for me to navigate and locate Phil care accredited hospitals and doctors for consultations efficiently. I am very impressed.

It offers comprehensive services that you can access all in one app, including teleconsults, LOA, reimbursement, and more. Also, their customer service is fast and accommodating. I highly recommend this app compared to other HMO apps.

★★☆☆☆ I'm paying for this HMO for my dependents, so here's my experience. Tried online consultation and was able to talk to a doctor. We were told to wait for the prescription in the email. After an hour, someone from tech asked for my email, and it's almost 3hrs now but still no prescription. Seems they'll be taking their lunch breaks first before sending the prescription. I got a better experience from the other app. Users beware.

★★☆☆☆ Had the same issue w/ the person below. I created an account and didn't encounter any error at all. Also, received my login credentials via email, so I thought I was able to signed up successfully, yet I am not able to log in up until now. I've tried resetting my password, but I haven't received the link. Also tried signing up again maybe it didn't go through and says I already had an existing account. Lastly, I tried updating the app still doesn't work. So frustrated right now.
