Love the app because I can get my appointment ahead of time with no problem. You check in through a message they send. Then wait for them to call your name. I have had a lot of blood work because of all of my ailments. They have been easy to talk to, and when drawing your blood, they are good about getting it the first time, for the most part. I feel it's that way everywhere.

Tried to creat an account to see lab results, & when it gets to entering the code sent to email, it doesn't work. I tried copying & pasting the code, & typing it in, all I get is error messages. I tried 3 times. Can't use it, uninstalled. Thanks for nothing

First problem it keeps saying I declined notifications and needed to change it on my phone settings yet when I go to manage in the play store, notifications are turned on. Second, I made an appointment in March for mid-June through the app and had received an email confirmation but when I got to the collection location the system said I didn't have an appointment.

How am I supposed to even create an account when you won't even send me the updated verification email code?! You always send me the expired previous one only AFTER I request a resend because your system takes forever to send the previous one!
