I don't use many features, just scheduling appointments and checking results. Everything works as it should. The one thing I wish it had is the option to save my insurance information. It's annoying and time-consuming to enter the data every time.

Results are not displayed in any logical order. I have to scroll through years of results to find most recent. Using website, results are automatically displayed from most recent to oldest.

Frustrating. Seems impossible to select a location, then peruse available appointments' day by day for that location only. I select a new date, then have to search for the location I want every time. One specific location is convenient for my drive into work, and it isn't one of the few Quests tries to suggest after every date reset.
