Useless!!!! I can't pay bills like "never". I created a count, added email, and else, my bills are never there. Even the website is really bad, no bills. They don't answer phone calls or take a VERY LONG time to answer. How do I suppose to pay???

Book screen: is gray the highlight color or the no-available color?....how about strike-thru if not available. Too many clicks required to get to booking appointment.... there are just 2 use cases: book or get results. App picks really far away labs while skipping closer labs with availability... that's dumb. Buggy app... if you pick a location first, then it will always show no availability at your prime selection, so don't pick your prime location and then select More, then you'll find a slot.

Many Screens Need to Be QC'ed. Screens like the request results have fields where you cant see what is being prompted to enter cause of font color nearly same as background. Interaction of going between app and website is slow and confusing on what's the app and what's the website. This version of the app is almost pointless except for appointments. Find myself just using browser on phone vs app.
