I entered my Medicare number exactly as it appears on my card...with hyphens to separate the 3 groups formatting. The app did not like the hyphens, so I had to edit the input to delete the hyphens. No big deal, but I was not recognized at first, even though app instructions say to input member number "exactly" as shown on my card. The app should be revised to instruct inputting the 11 numbers and letters "without hyphens". Thank you for your attention to this matter. Paul Koepper Indianapolis

Trying to set up the bio login is a joke. I'm not even sure it works. Also, not sure about the rest of the app. I did manage to schedule my appointment with it.

This is not good I needed to get lab results, so I downloaded the app I set up password and E-mail and all other information it needs. The app opens for about 10 seconds then kicks me out along with everything being frozen, so I tried like 30 times to open it. Restarted my phone a few times uninstalled it and then reinstalled it 5 times and nothing has changed. So screw it it's now uninstalled, and I won't ever be reinstalled again. I wish they could have - stars because I would give it the MAXIMUM

The worst medical app ive ever used. You can't check in. You won't be able to use the app inside the facility so make sure you write everything down before you go.

Can't get past step 1 type of Appt to make! Won't take me to the next step. (using my Android). Sucks. Must call in every time. Please fix
