I was in Lab Corp recently (July 2026) and I had a great experience there. The staff was very friendly, and I was able to check in immediately via the in office kiosk, and I say maybe 15 mins, and I was 1.5 hours early for my actual appt time bc I know they take walk ins. I was doing fasting labs, so I went early, so I could get in my morning walk and exercise after my blood work and u/a. I would HIGHLY recommend Lab Corp as they are a conveniently located place to go for efficient services.

Doesn't update with information regarding appointments. Said had none even though I went today. I have already had my blood drawn. But no data at all. Not even the history of an appointment. what's the point if the app?

Your password reset function doesn't work, not a single email was received to reset my password via link, but I'm still receiving your advertising emails to the same email address. It's a shame that you don't have capable coders to fix the passwords reset issues. If there's no account associated with an email address, app should alert that instantly, also why can't someone from IT or App developer team can review the user comments here? That shows how inefficient the Lab Corp IT department is.

I'm in McLean Virginia outside Washington DC I'm very disappointed about this company impossible to access the test results for the urine and the blood that makes so difficult asking you to sign up for some apps or everything else plus he sends the invoice if they know exactly that the urine test and the blood test is covered by my insurance. I have a lot of friends in Europe biochemist she doing all the tests every day and working for the hospitals everything is done so quickly.
