Comments on Quest SAM for Android

★★★★★ Bryan Olivar · Dec 22, 2018

This App works very well for me. It's not just a self-service tool for password reset / unlock, but also it has the copy of my Grid / RAC info. Kudos to the developer/s of this App and to Quest IT Helpdesk of reminding us about this App. Good job Quest Team!

★★★★★ Benjamin Lopez · Feb 23, 2022

I read the reviews while I was installing, but it worked just fine for me. Pin, Registration, Confirmation by E-mail, the whole 9. I can even see my grid properly. UI and design are also great.

★★★★★ Tyler Abney · Oct 23, 2023

Every reviewer talking about teletime should be aware that teletime passwords cannot be changed. Uninstalling and reinstalling should facilitate creating a new 6-digit PIN. If you have a Quest email, it will send the activation code to that email. My personal experience has been extremely positive, so I have no complaints 😁

★☆☆☆☆ Heather Soderquist · Apr 2, 2026

The secure login screens give no option for "reset" or hints about what the code requirements are...the site address for "find your activation code" does not work. To get a password reset you have to be IN the email that you can't access. It's a ridiculous system and seems to have a lot of bugs, making it a huge waste of work time.

★☆☆☆☆ Trennett Walker · May 19, 2022

This is my personal phone and if I don't have to open my phone with a code or pin I should not have to with the app. I should not be made to have security on my phone for one app!
