When a drop shipper’s balance becomes negative or payments remain unsettled, HHC immediately restricts the account, which stops order booking and makes it difficult to recover the balance. Platforms like Posted allow orders even with a temporary negative balance, so sellers can continue generating sales. When parcels are delivered, the platform can easily deduct the outstanding balance from those payments. Please adopt a more flexible approach and allow drop shippers
