Doesn't work. An error pops up when trying to upload a claim photo: upload error, try again later. It never does work. Pointless app, and no sign of feedback either. The app is as good as their service: dreadful.

The original H HIF Smart claim app hasn't been working for some weeks (after always being reliable) so I thought to uninstall and reinstall. The Smart claim app has disappeared from Play store. This app I can't log into as it repeatedly says it can't connect to the server. Struggling to find an easy way to make claims.
