I have been using hinge health for several months. It is really nice having an app to help focus on areas that I have issues with. The exercise usually takes about 10 minutes a day, but if you have the time and want to do more, you can find other routines to do. I really enjoy being able to reach out to a physical therapist if needed, so I am able to get the best possible routine. You also have access to a health coach who has really helped me on this journey.

Before a few days ago, I'd give this App 5 stars. Amazing program. Started in 2026. Has helped me so much. Appreciate the coach & PT. Since 6/15ish - App won't launch. White screen. Uninstall & reinstall seemed to work 1 time, but not now.

Was enjoying the app until the most recent update, and now it loads to a blank white screen. I can't use my enso device or access my workouts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, tried all the troubleshooting, and it isn't working. Best I can guess is that they killed it somehow in the update.
