Maids or cleaning experts are taken on a walk-through of the residence or office, both upon arrival to receive their assignments and upon completion to ensure tasks are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
For security reasons, all service professionals are screened; any maid or cleaning technician entering a customer's home has been vetted.

Poor professionalism. Looks like a scam. Called them to book maids for Saturday. For reasons best known to them, they booked on another day. When I cancelled the booking they called me kn the phone and shouted. Poor management, poor professionalism. Behaves like a scam call center.
