PERFECT! If you are in Bermuda with your smartphone, this app is a must-have! It's just like Uber. Hailing a cab off the street can be a tough experience. With this tool, simply enter where you need to be picked up (just use the GPS feature) along with your destination. It shows you an estimated fare along with a guess as to how long it should take for the cab to pick you up. Order your cab and track their arrival on a map! This is extremely convenient for getting around the island.

Disappointed in Hitch during our recent Bermuda trip. We tried several days in a row to get a ride, but no one would pick us up. We could see several vehicles in the area on the map, but none accepted our ride requests.

Tried for over an hour to request a driver, complete waste of time. Ruined our entire night, and now we are just staying in.

Basically pointless. Tried to book two cabs whose drivers then cancelled the rides several minutes later (probably because they got a better hail). If you can't depend on the car showing up, the app is useless. The only reason it gets two stars is that the interface works quite well, though it's also a complete rip-off of Uber, screen-for-screen.
