So the only crime I committed was to patronize your app, which I have strongly regretted because it has cost the life of my mother. Since yesterday, I was trying to move my own money that I worked hard to get, in other to make a deposit for my mom's hospital treatment but your app never allowed my transaction from now yesterday evening till now that my mom is dead. You people killed my mom.

Why is the conversion fee so high? So if I want to convert 10k naira to dollar, you people will take #4727, leaving me with #5300. Then, if I want to use my money and decide to convert back to naira, you will still take another conversion fee of 3 dollars. Why didn't you all state that clearly before anybody decides to save in dollar at first. All these happened after I updated the app. Please allow me to withdraw my $1🥺😭

I give one star for the app, Their verification is rubbish they don't have verification ato I have been trying to verify my account after I put my BVN NUM but when it comes to camera side to capture u is a problem it stayed looking at you, nothing is happening till now I have not done my KYC verification let developer of this App look into it at once, am embarrassed 😭😁 I taught this app gives dollar card, but they don't give any dollar card after I registered
