The app is quite good in all the aspects. It's not laggy (on a flagship phone). It has all the features needed in a banking app (and more). But the ONE thing that's lacking is the passbook feature. You CANNOT SEE THE Description of the passbook. There's just not enough space. Development team – Introduce a way to turn the app into landscape mode to access the passbook feature.

I have been using the HNB Digital Banking app for a while now, and it works incredibly well. The user interface is smooth, transfers are fast, and it has made managing my daily banking tasks so much easier. As a suggestion for future updates, it would be awesome if the development team could add features to freeze/unfreeze debit and credit cards, and change card PINs directly from the app for better security and convenience. Overall, it's a fantastic app. Highly recommended.

So many people can sign up easy .but to me is after the enter info then I tap log in this app was show me as a Rooted. Please fix this. I am using HNB youth card. So i haven't any book to check my summary. I have only card. If you fix this problem might be good for the future ... 🙏🥰😀

Very Bad experience after the recent update login with fingerprint is not possible as the fingerprint button is soooo tiny as a dot, it is very difficult to press that tiny dot to access fingerprint

Doesn't open after the new update. Phone doesn't allow it to open due to security reasons. Went to the branch, but no one knew how to fix it. I sent a report to the email you provided with the model & screen capture of the error. Looking forward to a resolution.

The worst mobile banking app ever. Bill payment OTPs are received after several hours. When I try again, the previous OTP arrives instead. After trying four times, my app was blocked for 4 hours. I am only receiving OTPs for fund transfers properly. I saved some billers in my favorites, but after I made a payment for Dialog Broadband, the previous transaction still showed as pending. After I called the bank, they said it would take more than 24 hours to process.
