I have been using the HNB Digital Banking app for a while now, and it works incredibly well. The user interface is smooth, transfers are fast, and it has made managing my daily banking tasks so much easier. As a suggestion for future updates, it would be awesome if the development team could add features to freeze/unfreeze debit and credit cards, and change card PINs directly from the app for better security and convenience. Overall, it's a fantastic app. Highly recommended.

The app is quite good in all the aspects. It's not laggy (on a flagship phone). It has all the features needed in a banking app (and more). But the ONE thing that's lacking is the passbook feature. You CANNOT SEE THE Description of the passbook. There's just not enough space. Development team – Introduce a way to turn the app into landscape mode to access the passbook feature.

Disabling the app when developer mode is enabled provides zero additional security. It's just inconvenient. Global banking apps and digital wallets work just fine with it. Only those with no understanding of App security (but blindly following a checklist) does this.

Sometimes, transactions remain stuck in "Pending" status. The amount is immediately deducted from the sender's account, yet the recipient receives nothing. This creates confusion and financial distress. This becomes especially severe during emergency transactions. Users, unaware of the pending status, resend the money. Hours later, the original transaction also processes, causing a double payment and financial loss. This is unfair to loyal customers. We urge HNB to resolve this urgently.

The worst mobile banking app ever. Bill payment OTPs are received after several hours. When I try again, the previous OTP arrives instead. After trying four times, my app was blocked for 4 hours. I am only receiving OTPs for fund transfers properly. I saved some billers in my favorites, but after I made a payment for Dialog Broadband, the previous transaction still showed as pending. After I called the bank, they said it would take more than 24 hours to process.
