At first, I am very satisfied with the smoothness of this app, this time I'm very much disappointed, 😞 😞 😞 the app crashes for almost a month now, I can't log in anymore to monitor my balance, the app needs troubleshooting, please fix the issue

ALWAYS HAS AN ISSUE. EITHER YOU CANNOT VIEW THE BALANCE OR THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SSL CERTIFICATE. THE SAD PART IS IT LASTS FOR DAYS OR WORST WEEKS. THE PNB APP IS WAY BETTER THAN THIS CASHNET.
