This is a fantastic implementation of Hnefatafl, offered at a fair one-time purchase price. It comes with lots of rule variants for different player strengths and tutorials for each of them. Nevertheless, this is a game at least as challenging and complex as Chess, so a list of strategy guides in several languages with links in the 'About' section (or wherever there is a good place for a resource list) would be kind. The computer opponent should be improved continuously and add some more themes.

Best Hnefatafl game I have ever seen. Nice graphics and highly customizable. It includes a lot of variants and allows to create custom variants. One area to be improved is to make AI faster, so it can take 1 or 2 seconds but still play good moves.

This app is the best implementation of the tafl genre of board games that I've ever seen. There's almost infinite customization over the rules of the game, every size of board from 7×7 to 19×19. Multiplayer also works without any issues at all. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to play Tafl.

The issue I have straight away is that in this app the king is captured by two pieces (like any of the warrior pieces). Every set of rules I've read the king must be captured by surround all 4 sides.

Used to love this game, but the AI is impossible to go against while playing attacker now.

Kinda hard to enjoy the game when it doesn't actually play by the rules. Pin an opponent against the wall, and you take the opponent. It can and will do it to YOU, but if you do it to the AI you don't get to take the piece. So dumb. I still win 90% of the time, but it's getting annoying. Fix your coding.
