I like the wireless connection through phone network. The only thing I feel not so flexible is the schedule that provides maximum 4 periods. I really hope we have more freedom and control over the schedule setting so that we can adjust when we want it on and when we want it off.

I started out thinking I would hate using this for my furnace and smart plug. I love it, it works great. I am amazed at all the other smart devices I can use. I love how I can set my thermostat setting. And how I am notified about my usages and power outages.

Useless, it's not accurate and when you try to change the temperature it loads a revert to the original setting.

The temp keeps changing, and it went off-line and no one gets back to me when I call HELP !!!!!!!!

If I could give it a negative review I would. Month after installation of my new furnace I'm sitting in the cold because sometime overnight this app decided to reset itself & remove access to my furnace settings shutting it off. I did not choose a furnace needing an app but was told that was the only option out there if I wanted my furnace replaced. No retailer or producers of home furnace should be allowed to mandate to use of an outside computer entity in order to keep it running

Constantly changing settings by itself. I have 3 thermostats. At this point can't be trusted. Have shut off hub (per supports instructions) and using as a manual thermostat. Hoping for a solution
