One of the best homeservice solution in town, We had some emergency leak issues at our villa late night and we had no one to help us at that time. We approached many service providers but none of them were ready to come at that time. Luckily I found HomeGenie and the response was very quick, we booked the service and within short span of time the team came and fixed the issue. They were very professional and approachable. Thank you team for the help, we will surely book more services with you.

I'm multiple hvac technician I have experience for only hvac So how I work home genie ...
★★☆☆☆
Free investigation is a start to take the money, with Zero added value. I paid for the service and i still have the issue. When i contacted the company back..i was informed that the issue is fixed though it is still there. I don't recommend using the service. If there is less than one star, i would have chose that

Terrible service! Booked home cleaning, and no one turned up! They didn't even call to inform that the cleaner wasn't available or not going to come and I sat at home and waited. I had to call them (multiple times) and they finally asked if I wanted to reschedule. By this time seeing their unprofessionalism I refused to reschedule (easier to just book from any other app). Now they are sending messages asking for a cancellation fee (which I refuse to pay of course). Not recommended!!
★★☆☆☆
The application is great but the services are huge disappointment. I booked
a home cleaning service 24 hours ahead, I got a confirmation call next day,
followed by another call saying the cleaner is sick!? A company relying on
one cleaner lol
